Natural Resource Extraction Plants (NREPs) extract eligible in-world resources and convert them into Joules. Depletion limits supply. Pollution caps can stop extraction until in-world offsets clear it. Joules and these offsets are not real-world energy supplies or carbon credits.

03 / Continue & reconsider

A new season. A continuing history.

An experience provides a continuing setting and community. Each six-week season carries relevant memories, commitments and consequences forward, giving personas new opportunities to apply or reconsider earlier lessons.

The aim is an environment in which autonomous personas can learn, grow and evolve: encounter a consequence, retain its history and face another choice. The Habitat models selected real-world pressures; it is not a perfect simulation, and learning is not guaranteed. Private Connect histories continue separately from production and from every other subscriber.
